  • Candidate must possess at least an "O"/"A" Level, NITEC, Diploma in Marketing, Advertising / Media / Human Resource / Mass Communication or equivalent
  • To administer and support the full spectrum of student recruitment, onboarding, course, and end-of-course processes
  • To provide administrative support and coordinate recruitment events and visits
  • To process student membership applications and renewals
  • To assist in the preparation and conduct of the flying course orientation
  • To plan and conduct the Basic Flying Course (BFC) Certificate Presentation Ceremony
  • To handle public and student enquiries on course and recruitment-related matters
  • To support the execution of internal and external publicity activities with external agencies and organisations
  • To maintain and update the student membership database accurately and assist in collating data for generating periodic reports
  • To manage the flying course materials and ensure proper inventory and receipt records
  • To carry out secondary duties as assigned
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in usage of MS Office software and management of social media accconts will be an added advantage
