- Candidate must possess at least an "O"/"A" Level, NITEC, Diploma in Marketing, Advertising / Media / Human Resource / Mass Communication or equivalent
- To administer and support the full spectrum of student recruitment, onboarding, course, and end-of-course processes
- To provide administrative support and coordinate recruitment events and visits
- To process student membership applications and renewals
- To assist in the preparation and conduct of the flying course orientation
- To plan and conduct the Basic Flying Course (BFC) Certificate Presentation Ceremony
- To handle public and student enquiries on course and recruitment-related matters
- To support the execution of internal and external publicity activities with external agencies and organisations
- To maintain and update the student membership database accurately and assist in collating data for generating periodic reports
- To manage the flying course materials and ensure proper inventory and receipt records
- To carry out secondary duties as assigned
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in usage of MS Office software and management of social media accconts will be an added advantage
