Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
- Plan Preparation & submission for planning and building plan clearances
- Architectural details & specifications
- Tender process
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures and completion/ handover of project
Requirements:
- Master in Architecture or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
- Familar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and PhotoShop
- Only Singaporean
