Job Description:
- Supporting Sales Managers administratively.
- Assist Sales Managers in follow up with customers.
- Assist to prepare quotations and follow up with finance department for purchase orders/invoicing.
- Supporting Marketing team administratively.
- In charged of all Sales & Marketing materials (Demo Drones, Demo Materials, Marketing Brochures).
- Ensure demo area is fully equipped and ready for customer viewing.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head, Sales & Marketing.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing or business administration.
- 3 – 5 years of Marketing Support experience.
- Organized and meticulous is a must.
- Engineering background is advantageous.
- Driving license is advantageous.
