Job Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Authorized desktop application (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) and computer hardware/software.
- Perform installation, configuration, debug and testing of IoTs devices.
- Support and troubleshoot for LED conference system, printers, biometric access
- Provides server administration and operations maintenance
- Manage firewall, antivirus endpoints, backup servers and other infrastructure
- Ensure efficiency in the daily operations of the network system.
- Create and maintain company website/portal
- Any other IT related work areas as and when required
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, Informational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in IT design/diagnostic tools, providing IT support, software management
- Able to work independently
