- Develop candidate sourcing strategies based on client needs and identify candidates using a range of different channels
- Conduct candidates interviews, present shortlisted candidate profile summaries
- Arrange client-candidate meetings, follow up with negotiations and conduct reference checks
- Advise candidates on career development and opportunities
- Business development for new clients, communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements
Requirements:
- Preferably possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), or willing to take CEI test
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, HR, business development or related industry
