- Involve in the full spectrum of HR activities and projects within the Company and its entities.
- Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement programs and communications initiatives to build a positive employee culture.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding programs.
- Conduct exit interview, trend analysis and reporting.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary inquiry.
- Manages employment-related insurances for the group.
- Assist in managing HR systems and payroll activities.
- Assist in performance reviews and of employee performance tracking.
- Handles employee attendance and Time Management System.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on available HR-related grants issued by the government.
- Oversee work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM etc.
- Participate and drive ongoing HR initiatives and projects aligned with business objectives and practices
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from F&B industry
- Good knowledge of Employment Act
- Effectively bilingually in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff)
- Self-starter and able to work independently
