Position Type: Contract deputed to Client | Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Responsible for overall co-ordination , status reporting , tracking and execution of project related tasks assigned.
- Maintaining project management standards and procedures.
- Documenting critical incident details and generating reports.
- Conducting post incident reviews to understand the root cause and learn from the incident.
- Making certain that all parts of the Incident management process are being performed effectively and efficiently.
- Must have MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Word experience.
- Prepare presentation decks for weekly project meeting, Steering Committee, and other project forums.
- Coordinate/schedule meetings, formal minute taking and follow-up on issue from various forums.
- Maintain document filing structure/repository (SharePoint) in a timely manner.
- Communicating with clients (other agencies) about the status and progress of the projects (e.g., Document, artifacts etc.) where needed.
- Working with the different stakeholders with diverse background.
- Program coordination and administration abilities.
Requirements
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
