Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and fostering strong client relationships within the semiconductor industry.
Remuneration Package:
- Job Grade: Manager / Senior Manager
- Salary: $8,000 - $11,000
- AWS given for 1 month, Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Use insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to align technical solutions with client requirements.
- Work closely with internal technical teams, including the Technical Program Manager and engineers, to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our semiconductor packaging solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Program Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC assembly and packaging.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends, technologies, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
