What you'll do:
- Be our resident expert in Social Media Management (including Influencer Marketing) and Social Listening at Brandwatch by calling on new business, running demos and selling our solution;
- Actively build, maintain and grow your own pipeline by initiating all sort of outbound activities;
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to hand off;
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets;
- Close deals provided warm leads from Inbound and Lead Generation;
- Have a consultative approach by adapting your style and tactics according to the persona, type of business (brand vs agency), size of business (SME vs Enterprise);
- Be an absolute expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product;
- Stay current on industry news and understand the social media landscape;
- Take part in some coaching activities to mentor Brandwatch Singapore team on Social Listening & Social Media Management market trends, product specificities etc.
- Take part in some public speaking activities such as conferences, webinars, school relationships (career fair) etc.
What you'll need:
- 3-5 years proven sales success (mid-market SaaS experience);
- Regional experience in APAC including but not limited to selling to Singapore and Australian markets;
- Prior experience selling a Social Listening platform like Talkwalker, Sprinklr or ideally Brandwatch;
- Prior experience selling a Social Media Management platform like Meltwater, Emplifi or ideally Brandwatch;
- Prior experience selling an Influencer Marketing platform like Klear, Affable or ideally Brandwatch;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team;
- Exceptional ability to organise work and tasks and proficient using Sales softwares like: Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Gong etc.
- Familiar with sales methodology like SANDLER and/or MEDDPICC.
- You are motivated to take on the challenge of new sales and are hungry to meet your goals; proven track record of exceeding targets;
- Ability to thrive in a performance oriented international environment with short or long sales cycles.
