Sales Coordinator / Sales Advisor

• Working hour :Mon – Friday 8.30am – 6pm
• Location: (nearest MRT-Boon Lay)
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

Job Duties:

• Coordinate/Liaise with and advise Customer on enquiries and quotations independently and professionally.
• Maintain proper filing systems for Completed Jobs and others.
• Update of Daily Job Progress Table.
• Coordinate/Liaise with Customer on enquiries and quotations independently.
• Prepare of Quotations and Service Reports.
• Coordinate/Liaise with Vendors, to issue Purchase Order.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties given from time-to-time.

Job Requirement:

• Good knowledge in fire-fighting systems and lifesaving appliances industry
• Relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work during weekends/public holiday (standby mode) for customer’s enquiries.
