- Provide IT Infrastructure support to Customer’s systems and networks remotely or onsite.
- Plan, lead and hands-on implementation in deployment of systems and network infrastructure projects for Customers.
- Configure and maintain Customer’s server hardware and virtual machines (on-premises and cloud), storage appliances and network equipment like Routers/Firewalls/Switches/VPN/Wireless etc.
- Assist in the development of infrastructure designs for IT services based on technical requirements and standard IT offerings.
- Support and execute pro-active improvements by assessing past problems and current weaknesses in the existing system and/or infrastructure.
- Involved in applying a formal change management, incident management, and problem management process.
- You are expected to travel to 2 or more Customer’s site each day as required.
