Job Scope
- Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
- General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
- Updating of medical billings/invoices
- Responsible for monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clinic
Requirement
- Prior Clinic Assistant experience will be an advantage
Working hours
Any 5.5 days from Mon-Fri, 8am to 10pm (Some shift will be 8hr / 9hr / 10hr per day), total 44 hours per week
