- Responsible for assisting Project Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
- Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers.
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems
- Supervision of the siteworks on a day to day basis and issues relating to given project.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by workers
- To manage, supervise and coordinate works and workers
- Shift work and weekend duty is required according to assigned projects
- Coaching and training for new workers
- Strong safe work awareness
