- Manage full-set of accounts
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions on accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments etc, meeting service standards.
- Perform compliance check on transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports.
- Prepare audit schedules and facilitate audit exercise.
- Monitor and upkeep service standards and improve it constantly.
- Provide inputs for SOP review and process enhancement.
- Statutory Reporting and other additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
- At least 2 year of experience in doing accounts for charity organisation with IPC Status.
- Able to work independently, meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of FRS and the Charity Accounting Standards.
- MS Words, Excel skills , knowledge of WorkDay ERP System will be an added advantage
