Responsibility:
- Build overall Release plan
- Coordinate releases with various stakeholder teams (e.g infra, security etc) for the release dates
- Approve Release plan
- Change access board (“CAB”) approval
- Go / No decision facilitation
- Coordinate deployment into production with AMS release management
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure release changes are merged into other in flight code branches
- Configuration and version management of the releases
- Coordinate handover of release to AMS and release closure
Required Exp:
- 10+ Years including 5+ years in Telecom BSS domain
- Release Management– especially with CPQ, OM, Catalog, CRM, Marketing Management, Channels - Lead to Order, Order to Activate etc.
Required Skills:
- Delivery/Release management experience,
- Knowledge of CD/CI
- Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Team management skills
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
