BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Tusk Industries is providing highly efficient Slitting Services, Roll to Sheet Forms, Punching, Designing & Shaping Services, in tune with the different needs of the customers. In Bangalore, we are equipped with advanced slitting machines along with modern technologies for ascertaining good tolerances.

Our technicians and other personnel make use of latest machinery and equipment to provide insulation material and services that meet the industry standards in terms of dimensions, design, pressure rating, marking and quality control.

Our aim is to service our customers with great products and consequently reduce the material wastage.

We offer Slitting Services for:

  • Polyester film
  • Aramid electrical insulation paper / H class / Fire retardant
  • H class insulation paper
  • FPF/DMD insulation paper
  • Electrical insulations films and paper
  • Silicon coated films
  • Polyimide films
  • F class insulation papers

We are looking for Business Development Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure profitable growth of the company.
  • Perform market research to gain competitive edge in the market.
  • Lead the end-to-end new product development process, from conceptualization to activation.
  • Develop pricing and bunding strategies to maximize total customer value and overall revenue.
  • Drive the company in achieving business goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement Business Development Department's Policies, Procedures andGuidelines.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, with experience in amanagerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
