Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
· Must have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in windows system administration (Active Directory/Exchange/MS Office 365/Azure AD)
· Must have experience in IT Hardware and software installation
· Experience in handling ServiceDesk requests.
· Good to have experience in healthcare domain
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
