Senior Account Director - Financial Services - Management Consulting
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Account Director to manage IT consulting services for all functions within a top tier banking organisation. The role requires the successful indivdual to liase daily with key client stakeholders to understand their company wide, enterprise IT and Operations requirements.
Strong knowledge and experience of managing complex banking clients from a consulting perspective is mandatory for this position. Understanding front to back trade flow and associated business, operations and IT functions within a financial institution is also needed to fullfil the position. Excellent communication skills (fluent English) including negotiation skills will be a key component of the role. Man management experience is also mandatory with experience of managing large cross functional teams of up to 50 employees.
Functional and implementation knowledge of trading platforms such as Murex as well as cloud based solutions such as AWS, Azure etc will be highly benificial. End to end Project Management experience will also be seen as a distinct advantage for this role.
