- Design of research studies in collaboration with doctors and other researchers
- Analyse data using statistical approaches
- Detailing of analysis plans, descriptions of analyses and findings for research protocols, research manuscripts or reports, including statistical power or sample size calculations.
- Oversee, design and manage research databases in the instititute
- Co-lead research projects and submit ethics approval where appropriate
- Provide educational talks for Doctors and Researchers
- Work with other stakeholders
Requirement
- Minimum qualification of Master’s Degree in Statistics or Biostatistics, preferably with working experience in Biostatistics and database management, and, a track record of publications.
- Word processing and spreadsheet computer skills are essential and preferably with statistical software skills like SPSS
