Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients;
- Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients;
- Ensuring periodic work are complete within work schedule;
- Provide update and monitoring of monthly stock movement;
- Perform sites inspection and joint inspection with clients;
- Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the ground in a timely manner;
- Maintain schedules and reports; and
- Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of company.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Cleaning Industry
- Able to communicate well to both clients and staff
- Able to plan work schedule for new jobsites
- Able to handle conflicts & work stress
