Main Role & Responsibilities:
- To handle Simple Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- To handle variety of administrative tasks and perform procurements of general office supplies including maintenance of office equipments etc.
- Generate monthly/weekly statement to customer
- To handle quarterly GST submission
- Input accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
- Maintain a proper filing system to ensure files are recorded
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and any ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirement:
- Min 2-3 years of experience
- Diploma in accountancy
