Job Responsibilities:
· Primary point of contact for all strategic businesses
· In charge of all aspects of operations, financial performance, sales and revenue generation
· Growing of overall portfolio and meeting of department’s target
· Leading of new business development strategies and transformation across various departments
· Driving of necessary changes to ensure productivity and efficiency
· Ensuring that company policies and guidelines are communicated and followed by employees
· Maintaining of relationship with existing clients/portfolios
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· 10 year of relevant insurance experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
