Job Description:
- Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System to ensure it meets the quality system requirements.
- Updating and maintaining records and documentation for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 systems.
- Manage internal and external audit system as well corrective action reporting system.
- Create a monthly report or summary of customer returns, RMAs, internal and external 8D, and updated specifications and procedures, along with OQA rejects.
- Coordinate the review of quality procedures and recommending improvements for all internal audit policies and procedures.
- Perform another related task as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With working experiences in QMS and ISO 9001 audit, preferably in manufacturing industries
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
- Knowledge in preparing FMEA and Control Plans
