Job Description:
- Handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignment.
- Provide budget cost or estimates.
- Liaise with suppliers for their products and services presentation.
- Plan and look for solution regarding any technical problems during tender.
- Coordinate with the supplier/contractor regarding follow up on bills and quantities.
- Evaluate and check on market unit rates monthly /quarterly for material and labour cost.
- Deliver all tender document and costing to project team once the tender is awarded.
- Attend tenders’ site show round.
- Reply tender clarification, and prepare for tender interview and presentation.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 4 years of Quantity Surveyor working experience in Subcontractor environment.
- Singaporeans only!
