Responsibilities:
- Collection management, operation and project management
- Implement service strategies and service improvement
- Conduct performance review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
- Team building and management
- Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
- Customer sales and services advocacy
- Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing: (OSPAR)
- System implementation, integration and management
- Any other ad hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a degree in any discipline or relevant experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good presentation skills
- Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
