* Able to lead team of workers and supervisor;
* Accountable for the profitability at designated site;
* Must have good management skill;
* Process good communication skills;
* preferably to possess driving licence;
* Knowledge of Auto-CAD for drafting purpose;
* Multi skill knowledge of various construction services;
* Attend to site meetings when required;
* Monitor site schedule to ensure that progress at site is in line;
* Hold facilitator meeting for different site supervisors;
* Ensure that strict safety at site in conformance to MOM regulations;
* Attend site show round when dedicated to do so.
