Responsibilities
- Accurately deliver trafficking for online media campaigns across all markets and lines of business, ensuring that all performance marketing activity is measurable
- Ensure that all campaigns are trafficked in full accordance with the global taxonomy and within a 3-day SLA
- Flag any process, data or taxonomic issues that you identify or from DX queries, including where briefs have been completed inaccurately or with missing information so that these can be resolved and fed back where necessary
- Work closely with the wider trafficking and Data & Tech teams to support the development and improvement of ad operations processes and better reporting and visualisation
- Provide onboarding and regular training to the wider account teams to maintain the high standards required for trafficking: briefing, processing and reviews
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1 year of ad operations or digital marketing experience
- Desire to become expert in ad operations and trafficking of digital media campaigns
- Initial experience of project management is advantageous but more important is the desire to learn
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools, especially Datorama is advantageous
- Diligent with a strong attention to detail and an appetite to grow and learn
- Highly self-motivated and well-organized
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent verbal / written communication
- A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload who can also work well in a team
