Descriptions:
- Establish BIM implementation plan, requirements, process and workflow to ensure that BIM data meets the project deliverable requirements for infrastructure/ construction projects
- Lead and support BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to deliver the work on time and with high standards
- Embrace a holistic approach and strategically plan for BIM execution in green building projects.
- Works closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing of shopdrawings and documentations using BIM Technologies for infrastructure projects
- Develop a training program for BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to improve the use of BIM authoring tools
- Develop a training program for other project stakeholders such as department managers and engineers to improve the use of BIM tools
- Explore innovation and encourage the use of advanced tools / technologies to expand the use of BIM within the company
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Civil or Architectural or relevant related field
- Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge (includes configuration, setup and management) of at least one main 3D BIM product
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in BIM technologies in the Architectural / C&S / MEP discipline
- Trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit / Autodesk Civil 3D / Bentley AECOsim as well as 2D CAD software
- Experience in coordinating and producing construction shopdrawings for infrastructure projects
- Well verse with CoP, building codes, regulations and circulars published by the various building and construction regulatory agencies in Singapore.
- Strong graphical, illustration and documentation skills
- Possess strong collaborative management skills
- Experience in large scale infrastructure projects will have an added advantage
