International Sales Executive

Yuyi Dental (pte. Ltd.)

Main Objective: Global business development


Job Responsibilities:

The full-time position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth objectives for our products in international markets . This role requires a good understanding of the dental industry, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with international customers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a coordinated global sales effort.
  • Travel internationally to meet with customers, attend trade shows and conferences, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.


Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or related field, with a track record of success in international markets.
  • Prefer those with experience in the dental or medical device industry.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (required), and additional languages are beneficial depending on target markets.
  • Familiar with international dental industry, trends and development with good business sense and insights.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, compliance requirements, and business etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Visa-free access to multiple countries; Singapore citizenship is preferred.
