Job Duties:
- Provide excellent admin and operational support for sales team
- To provide timely and accurate overall assistance for sales team
- To attend sales & operations training service where required
- Liaise mainly with internal stakeholders to achieve positive results
- Handle data and system entry for quotations
- Manage new business and renewal quotation activities log
- Assist and prepare new business and renewal reporting and summary
Job Requirements:
- Education – At least Diploma holder / A Levels
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer servicing or related
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel etc)
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Effective & good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and flexible to support CRM team wherever required.
- Motivated and strong commitment to team’s success
- Meticulous, efficient and positive mindset
- Able to handle dateline pressures and intense workload
- Potential to convert to a permanent CRM executive role
