- Reports to Administrative Manager
- In charge and supervise All Office Administrative matters for project site office
- Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies
- In charge and liaise with all government departments for project site (SLA/MOM/BCA/NEA ETC)
- Support and provide advice to various departments on company HR policies, notices and practices
- In charge of public relation/community services for project site
- Coordinate with Branch Office on HR matters
- Ensure confidentiality of employee engagement data according to organization procedures
- Assist material procurement, manpower deployment and general affairs for project site
- In charge of HR matters for project site and coordinate closely with branch office
- Assist on worker's welfare
- Perform any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant fields
- Familiar with MOM Labors and Corporate Laws
- At least 5 years of relevant site experience in construction sector (building projects)
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Self-motivated with analytical thinking skills and able to work with minimum supervision
