Responsibilities:
- Goods Transportation: Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the assigned vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Documentation: Complete delivery paperwork accurately, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
- Vehicle Cleaning: Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.
- Problem Solving: Handle unforeseen situations or delays effectively, finding solutions to ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience as a driver is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items during loading and unloading.
- Knowledge of Traffic Laws: Familiarity with and adherence to local traffic laws and regulations.
- Customer Service Skills: Courteous and customer-focused attitude during interactions.
- Speak Chinese and English: Clear and effective communication with Chinese team members and customers.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing delivery schedules and work requirements.
