Sustainability Manager

  • Developing and driving and implementation of ESG strategy and underlying process and procedures
  • Assist with the development and implementation of ESG programs and initiatives, including stakeholder engagement activities, ESG reporting, and compliance of the SGX requirements
  • Preparation of ESG-related materials, including presentations, reports, and communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of ESG-related tasks and projects
  • Involve ESG-related research, data analysis, and benchmarking activities
  • Monitor environmental sustainability trends/best practice green technology and assess the implication for business strategy
  • Work with various retail malls and internal operational teams in Indonesia to roll out ESG goals and co-ordinate effort to measure. reduce and mitigate carbon emission, water consumption and waste management
  • Work with consultants, Property Manager and Asset Management teams to review and co-ordinate ESG data collection, ensure data consistency and quality
  • Monitor ESG progress against Key performance indicator and targets
  • Work with consultants and internal team to co-ordinate reporting and develop internal/external reports that align with agreed sustainability framework
  • Work with Property Manager to raise awareness on ESG and actively promote ESG initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote culture of sustainability through staff engagement program by organising talks, workshops, and awareness events to empower staffs to contribute to sustainability initiatives
  • Advise internal stakeholders on best practices within renewable energy, low carbon transition plan, and more
  • Implement green building certification program, and relevant energy audits
  • Advise on sustainability assessments across TCFD, GRESB, ISSB and GRI
  • Support the yearly assurance process by external and internal stakeholders



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Extensive experience in Real Estate
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to details
  • Strong project and stakeholder management and skills with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholders’ requirement
  • ESG related experience in Indonesia market is highly preferred
  • You are required to liases with Property Manager' staff who are Indonesian. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesian language is highly preferred
  • More than 50% travel is required
