Responsibilities:
- Experience in Commercial Banking domain, possessing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends.
- Experience working on End to End Product lifecycle in all Commercial banking products
- Good experience in automation of consumer banking test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help understand business and functional requirements, test scenarios, execution
- Good experience in Framework development/enhancements
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements, identify defects, and track resolution.
- Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of testing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to QA, domain knowledge management, and business analysis within the consumer banking domain.
Required Skills/Qualification:
- 10+ years of in-depth experience in Manual Testing of commercial Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domain-based IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
- Experience in Tools LoanIQ.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and best practices
- Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Science / Business Administration
