Responsibilities
- Collaborate with core team members to understand requirements and build a hiring plan for roles to be filled
- Draft job posting and job descriptions to attract suitable candidates from various portals
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Manage onboarding, new hiring processes and internship programmes
- Ensure all screening, hiring and selection are done in accordance with industry standards, employment laws, and regulations
- Carry out administrative duties such as scheduling and data entry
- Assist with managing office sundry supplies, inventory stock, and shipping timelines among other ad-hoc duties as part of daily activities of the company.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and database
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Good interpersonal skills and decision-making skills
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Minimum of Diploma/Degree in any related discipline
