· Wash dishes, glassware, pots or pan
· Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment and utensil
· Place clean dishes, utensil or cooking equipment in storage area
· Throw rubbish at designated area
· Clean trash bin
· Assist cook in food preparation when needed
· Assist to collect the soiled dishes from dining area and send to kitchen for cleaning
· Perform other job duties as requested by Chef
· Follow company safety SOP and wear safety equipment while working in the kitchen
