1. Provide sales administration support & handle all areas & aspects of CRM(Customers Relationship Management).
2. Attend general sales enquiries.
3. Liaise with customers & suppliers.
4. Generation of invoices & delivery orders.
5. Generation of sales quotations & purchase orders.
6. Handle inventory, shipping logistics & freight forwarders.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / Diploma
2. Proficient in MS Office, IT savvy & fast typing skills.
3. Good telephone etiquette.
4. Good spoken & written communication skill.
5. Minimum 1 year working experience.
6. Pleasant & cheerful personality.
7. Able to work & to handle office operation independently without supervision.
8. Must have initiative, resilience, self-motivated, hardworking, mature in thinking & able to work under pressure.
9. Strong co-ordination skill & interpersonal skills.
10. Able to work independently & alone in the office.
11. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
