Our client, a leading insurance broker in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEOs to plan, design, prioritize and execute business/ partner development activities.
- Analyse campaign results for continual improvement and create reports that provide the Sales Leadership, Marketing Team and other key stakeholders with relevant information to inform future campaign management.
- Research and understand HNWi’s needs and future ways to engage with legacy planning discussions and solutions.
- Assist the CEOs in expansion of current geographies and channels.
- Work with relevant stakeholders in developing targeted marketing initiatives/campaigns.
- Lead marketing initiatives design – creative execution, message design, channel selection and segmentation, seeking input from the appropriate stakeholders where applicable.
- Ensure initiatives/ campaigns are executed and managed effectively across all channels.
- Manage database information and ensure outdated and incorrect records are communicated with relevant account owners.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in HNW Life Insurance business in either Life Insurance Company, Private Bank or Broker services.
- Business development and partnership management roles.
- Willing to travel for business when necessary.
