KREAMS ☕ MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Completing all assigned tasks by outlet mangers and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, then educating staffs regularly.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers and directors to solve the issues.
- Following all SOPs, food health, safety and hygiene, then educating staffs regularly.
- Orientate and train employees so as to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.
- Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
- Manage the manpower cycle (Recruiting, Training, Managing)
- Prepare outlet report and provide operational feedbacks to outlet maangers, and director.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Provide excellent customer service, handle customer's enquiry and feedback. Must do a service recovery.
- Plan & perform inventory control i.e. Stock ordering, reduce/control wastage.
Management Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Hospitality or similar.
- Experience in a management role or similar is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving skills
Management Trainee Packages:
- Salary range: $4,000 - $5,500 per month
