Job Description:
· Possess extensive experience in Life Insurance, Healthcare, Banking & Financial Services.
· Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Architects, and developers to understand complex products in the Wealth management and securities domains.
· Act as the Single Point of Contact for TCOE for all test-related matters.
· Manage a team of 10 testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
· Work extensively in Agile methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira, Jama, and HP ALM.
· Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing.
· Develop relevant frameworks in Automation, including BDD with Cucumber, TestNG, and Page Object Model.
· Extensive experience in testing mobile applications (IOS, Android) and web applications.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
· Proven 9+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
· Strong expertise in wealth management, securities, and financial services.
· Manage resource allocation and testing budget to meet testing deadlines.
· Work on Automation frameworks using Selenium for web applications, maintaining the test suite and adding test scripts for Mobile and Web applications in each sprint using BDD cucumber framework.
