Job Description
· Handling phone inquiries and filing
· Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative work
· Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
· Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors, and invoice or payment discrepancies.
Requirements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with Xero software on Accounts Receivable/Payable
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
