Responsibilities:
- Perform facial treatment for customers with excellent skill and service attitude
- Provide skin analysis for new and existing customers
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
- Establishing good rapport with customers
- Handle customers’ requests and inquiries when necessary including setting appointment with customers and ensure follow up
- Ensure stocks in the outlet are within expiry dates and restocks supplies when necessary
- Promote facial packages and beauty products to customers
- Handle housekeeping of the outlet with the help of part-time cleaner
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in Facial treatment
- Possess relevant ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, or NITEC Beauty Certifications
- Experience in selling beauty products and treatment in a professional and convincing manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- A love for meeting people is a definite advantage
- Bubbly personality
- Able to work retail hours
- Training provided.
