The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:
- To prepare and finalize A.M. schedule planning.
- To train new Room attendant/s and Supervisor/s and monitor their performance.
- To conduct briefing in absence of Operation Manager.
- To plan and review task allocation of manning.
- To assist Operation Manager and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in room inspection standard.
- To assist ordering of guest supplies stocks and supervise runners’ daily operation
- To lead the maintenance of cleaning equipment and machineries.
- To assist in training, supervision and maintenance of grooming and standards within the scope of responsibility.
- To continually supervise, train and retrain (OJT) to all room attendants.
- To inspect rooms cleaned by room attendants for cleanliness and maintenance of deficiencies.
- To follow up on work performance of room attendants.
- To inspect all VIP, Showrooms and public areas.
- To supervise proper care and use of equipment, trolleys, caddies, cleaning and guest supplies.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
