Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational and administrative support for the functioning of labs and programmes
- Administrative support for procurement, installation, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Procurement of chemicals, consumables and inventory management
- Administrative support to researchers, students, and contractors for matters related to health, safety and other compliance
- Administrative support for the implementation of the NTU safety policy, safety audit, and safety training
- Administrative support for license matters
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Physics, Material science or Diploma in Business Administration and other fields
- Experience in laboratory management is advantageous
- Documented experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
- IT literate and good in Writing Skills
- Meticulous, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and writing in English
