The Finance & Admin Executive assists with the administration of finance, accounts and HR related matters under the group.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consolidating month-end invoices and Coordinating payments to Suppliers (Accounts Payable)
- Keeping track of and ensuring timely payment from Wholesale Clients (Accounts Receivable)
- Consolidating and settling weekly POS returns from the outlets
- Assist with managing petty cash supply to the different outlets
- Preparing month end staff updates to the finance manager
- Checking through month end payroll for approval
- Analysis of management reports including P&L, Balance Sheets, etc.
- Maintaining all staff records ensuring they are updated, including staff probation salary, confirmation salary, annual leave, off-in-lieu, MC, etc.
- Approval of leave and claims of staff with final approval from the GM
- Adding new staff to the system and onboarding them to the system
- Maintaining compliance with MOM and SFA standards for all staff
- Ensuring timely renewal of permits for all foreign workers
- Assisting with finance manager and General Manager on all adhoc work.
