1. Implementing Group Management Policy
2. Working together with other group companies for maximizing group benefits

(Strategy Management)

1. Planning Strategy (Short-Term/Mid-Term/Long-Term)
2. Managing Strategy implementations

(Stakeholder Management)

1. Reporting executive members in parent company for the market & business environments
2. Building strong relationship with shareholder and authority in Singapore.

(Compliance Management)

1. Financial Reporting for implementation of internal control (J-Sox).
2. Conducting Directors meetings and Shareholder meeting

Requirements

1. Candidates must have minimum 20 years working experiences for Chemical industries.
2. Proven knowledge of Chemical industries
3. Proven strong communication skills to maintain strong relationship with Japanese parent company, Japanese related companies, and clients. We really need candidates to prove it.
4. Candidates must have experiences for strategic business planning experiences
5. It is desirable that the number of job changes is small
