Corporate Affairs
•Develop the publication of corporate communications material through writing, timely updates and content creation for the organisation’s website and other digital platforms.
•Handle timely production of the Annual Report and ensure that published corporate information covers the charity transparency and governance checklists.
•Play active role in managing customer experience including feedback management and involvement in programmes to promote the well-being of residents and clients.
•Manage logistical arrangements for AGM, corporate events, campaigns and activities including preparing publicity material, fact sheets and press kits.
•Record keeping for the registered entity of LKH.
Partnerships
•Handle and support logistical arrangements for advancement activities and events.
•Manage existing and cultivate new corporate and individual donors and partners.
•Maintain donor databases, and conduct donor analysis and data mining.
•Provide administrative support for the department.
•Such other related activities that may be assigned.
