BU Finance Manager / Operations Manager
The role of the Finance Assistant is to support all local financial activities with direction from the BU Finance Manager. This responsibility includes preparation of the payroll, monthly accounts and processing of all site related invoices.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts and related reports. Including prepayments, accruals and control account reconciliations. Ensuring that the group deadlines are met.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including inter-company reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation and submission of local tax returns (GST, payroll, corporate tax, etc.) and any other related matters.
- Assist in the year-end audit process.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory accounts.
- Administration and oversight of the payroll with the third-party payroll provider.
- Assist HR department with the relevant data for the monthly HR KPIs.
- Supports others within team as necessary.
- Any other reasonable request as relates to role.
Requirement
- Min Diploma with relevant financial qualification, or qualified by experience in previous roles.
- Experience using SAP, or a similar accounting system.
- Good to have experience of working in an international team.
- Min 2 - 3 years of Financial experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong administrative capabilities and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
- Confident and effective communicator
- Ability to prioritise own workload and initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to challenge operational stakeholders on financial topics.
Location : Near Seletar
Work schedule : 3 days per week
