- Daily lunch catered and paid by company
- Company bus from Pasir Ris MRT to company provided in the morning to work
- Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)
Our client is a manufacturer of bulk industrial food ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage technical documents (such as COA, MSDS, Specs, etc.) for production lots.
- Maintain documentation records for the Food Safety Quality Management system in our factory.
- Prepare and maintain records of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation, documenting evaluations.
- Keep an updated record of lab samples.
- Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory reports for specific products.
- Coordinate the preparation and sending of samples for external lab or customer testing.
- Conduct lab testing, including pH and density (for specific products).
- Support lab testing operations and ensure the maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Carry out tasks such as weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation.
- Undertake other tasks, roles, or projects assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Adhere to lab housekeeping cleanliness standards, observe safety requirements, and follow Good Laboratory Practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
