Contract Period: 1 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025 (Option to Extend)
Working hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Fridays: 8:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30mins hr lunch break
Job Scope:
- Customer Service at the front desk
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Attend to phone and walk-in enquires and take messages
- Attend to students in the sick bay
- Contact parents when required and coordinating early dismissal of students
- Data entry
- Printing of worksheets
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
- Delivers or distributes items received
- Any other duties as assigned by the school
Requirements:
- Full GCE’N’,’O’ or Nitec Certificate or its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills
- bilingual will be an advantage
- Excellent organisation skills
